Excellent customer service. I love my new menu board. Arrived quickly and in good order.

My mirror came packaged very well.The mirror is beautiful looks very modern.

I ordered a console table which arrived broken so I had to send it back. Customer services were very helpful and sent someone to collect the broken item and I received a refund quiet quickly. (Collection meant I had to wait in all day no set time slot is given.)

Really good service. 2 items ordered. Tree of life wall plaque was delivered immediately. Small tree of life on a stand was on a delay for 8 weeks, received an email to say it would be delayed for another 4 weeks which in a pandemic is understandable. Thank you for the good communication. Love both of my items

Bedside cabinets came over night for no extra cost. Also it was a lot cheaper to buy them direct and not through Amazon

Good quality chest of drawers ,delivery was a problem though . The delivery man didn’t deliver to the first floor flat .

Almost everything was great - low price, fast shipment, great communication. However the exact same item was listed on Melody Maison's website for a much higher price, so if we hadn't done a reverse image search on Google, we would have paid a lot more. Seems sketchy to list the same item for very different prices on different online marketplaces.

Bought a wall clock from this company as a Christmas present for my wife. Delivery was excellent. Unfortunately the clock did not work. So I purchased a clock mechanism and it now works fine. I emailed the company after Christmas to inform them of this . Sadly no reply . So getting one star from me , defective goods , and no customer back up. Very poor .

I bought a mirror from melodymaison.co.uk : Large Gold Thin Framed Leaner Mirror 80cm x 180cm priced £199.95 , when arrived I was expecting a frame made of metal or wood as usually are, but to my surprise it was made of cardboard because when we took it of the box we broke a corner just with a small hit. VERY DISSAPOINTED as it is made of carboard painted in gold . CHEAP CHINESE MIRROR.

No issue with company or delivery but product had no fixtures to attach it to the wall otherwise would have scored higher
